Job Booking & Deposit Policy (No Refund)

When you book a job with Kiddie Proofers, your scheduled date and time are reserved exclusively for you. A deposit is required to secure your booking and is applied toward the total cost of the job.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the job is booked and the appointment is confirmed.
  • By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.


Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your appointment once, at no charge, if you provide at least 3 business days notice before the scheduled start time.
  • Reschedule requests made with less than 3 business days notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $175 at Kiddie Proofers’ discretion.
  • If you cancel your job at any time, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
  • If you do not show up or are not available at the scheduled time (no-show), the deposit is forfeited in full.


Use of Deposit

  • For completed jobs, the deposit will be applied as a credit against the final invoice.
  • For cancellations or no-shows, the deposit is retained to cover scheduling, administrative time, and lost booking opportunities.


Company Cancellations

If Kiddie Proofers must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (technician illness, severe weather, etc.):

  • We will offer you the next available appointment time.
  • If we are unable to provide service within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion, refund the deposit or apply it to a future booking.
