Return & Refund Policy

Kiddie Proofers wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible products within 30 days of the date of purchase, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them.
- In the original packaging, including all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made, cut-to-size, or special-order products.
- Products that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use, damage, or wear.
- Clearance, final sale, or “as-is” items.
- Any product not in its original packaging or missing components.
If a product is defective or damaged on arrival, it may still be eligible for replacement under our warranty or defect policy (see “Defective or Damaged Items” below).
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return within 30 days:
- Contact us at info@kiddieproofers.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and (if applicable) a return authorization number.
- Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or confirmed product defect), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, we may issue a partial refund or deny the refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different product is to return the item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- Once verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion, in line with applicable product warranties.
